Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Manufacturing defect in the product
Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper photos or videos as proof.
Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Used products
- Products damaged due to improper handling
- CO2 cartridges and consumables
- Pellets and accessories once opened
- Products without original packaging
- Clearance or discounted items
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories must be included
- Unboxing video may be required for verification
- Return request must be approved by our support team before shipping the item back
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
- Our team will review the issue and provide a resolution as quickly as possible
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the error was from our side.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
